Waghalter Project: Irmina Trynkos & Giorgi Latsabidze
About the Event
This groundbreaking concert will see works by Berlin composer Ignatz Waghalter performed in the German capital once again, following his flight to the USA before World War II.
Waghalter (1881‐1949) composed and conducted in Berlin until he went into exile in Prague in 1934. Violinist Irmina Trynkos and pianist Giorgi Latsabidze team up for this extraordinary program at the Kammermusiksaal of the Philharmonie Berlin.
